General rules

  • The Discipline of Institute is to be strictly observed. For breach of discipline a student may be fined or expelled from the Institute. No refund of fee will be allowed.
  • Any harsh or insulting language used in the office or written in the letter may affect the admission of the student.
  • Student must arrange their eligibility while taking admission to a particular class.
  • If a student fails to take examination for one reason or other, the Institute will not entertain any claim for the refund of the fees.
  • In all matters the decision of the principal will be final.
  • Any dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to Tarn-Taran Jurisdiction only.
  • The mode of payment of fees should be strictly followed. If any installment is not paid in time, the name of the student will be struck off.
  • Students are not permitted to possess such books which excite basic instincts.
  • Institute will not be responsible in case of delay or postponement of the examination up to any extent by PNRC.

For Attention of Students

  • The carrying of Mobile Phones in the Hostel/college is strictly prohibited.
  • If a student is found with mobile, it will be confiscated and the student will be fined with a minimum amount of Rs. 1000/- and she will not be allowed to attend the classes for two weeks and permission to attend the classes will only be on given the basis of written apology and assurance from her and parents that she will not carry the mobile in the college and hostel henceforth.
  • Each student is issued an identity card which she must always carry and shall produce whenever asked by the college authorities. No student will be allowed to enter the college premises without the identity card.
  • Attendance of the students in the dinning hall everyday is compulsory. In case of any problem student should give written complaint to the hostel warden.
  • Students are instructed to wear dupattas in the dinning hall and outside the hostel premises.
  • Ragging is strictly Prohibited. Any students found involved in ragging would be rusticated from the college with immediate effect.

Rules For Payment of Hostel Dues

  • The date for the payment of the Hostel Dues for various classes will be between 1st to 10th of every month.
  • A fine of Rs. 10/- will be charged everyday for non-payment of dues in time.
  • Non-payment of Hostel dues within two months of the last day of payment will render the student liable to be struck off from the school rolls. Studentship can be restored by paying the re-admission fee .
  • Extension in the date for payment of dues may be granted in exceptional cases by the Director and application for the same may be made before the expiry of the due date.
  • The hostel charges are subject to revision and will be applicable to new as well as senior students whenever such revision takes place.
  • Hostel dues once paid will not be refunded even if the student leaves the hostel mid-session.
  • The management has the right to change the rates of mess dues according to the prevalent market rates of the essential commodities.
